Best formula for fussiness and gas?

My baby is 7 weeks old. He first started getting really fussy with breast milk (I exclusively pump) to the point I've almost stopped giving it to him and now recently it happens with the formula too. I use enfamil neuropro. Any recommendations for formula for the best price for gas and fussiness? I was using the store brand neuropro for best price wise.

However, all the sensitive, gentle formulas, the number one ingredient is corn syrup 😳 
Wish they had formula that didn't have this ingredient at all :(

I started on neuro pro and it didn't work, then did enfamil gentleease and it didn't work, now on Similac alimentum and it's so great. It stinks and it's more money but it's worth a happy baby.

Similar alimentum, it's on the pricey side. And stinks. Lmao. But it works wonders.
