Ok so my period was almost 3 weeks late, I had faint postive pregnancy tests, havent gone to my OB yet, was waiting to get a little farther along with the test. So I started spotting dark brown, its super light and barely filled a pad. I had horrible pain in my lower stomach for an hour then it disappeared. Now theres nothing on the pad, and its only when I wipe I get brownish pinkish and like 1 tiny soft clot and small tissue like things on the toilet paper, not even alot goes on the toilet paper. Not in any pain, but Im super confused and dont know if its worth going to the hospital or not. I dont even know if I was 100% pregnant.

So i miscarried .. I just have to let it happen 🙃 Im very upset and frustrated ...
