So, I have a question that I’m not sure how to google.

My situation is kinda weird? My mom is disabled and only gets about 12k a year counting child support, and the child support isn’t through the court so idrk if it counts as income

However my dad makes 50k a year and is married to a retired women who made about 40-50k. They don’t file taxes together. Idk if that matters haha

Technically no one actually has custody of me, but my mom is my legal guardian I guess? I spend almost all my time with her but I do see my dad. Once again nothing is through the court or official

Sooo would my dads income count toward fafsa?
