Hey all, I'm in my first month ttc and it's also my second month off the pill. I'm on CD20 and noticing very dull back ache all day, almost can feel it in my knees too. Not sure how many DPO, but thinking 6 or 7. Expecting AF mid next week if BDs didnt work. Could this be an indicator of pregnancy? I've read it's too early to symptom spot and also could be PMS, but since I haven't been off the pill very long I'm not sure what symptoms for PMS are normal for me!
