Help!

I finished my clomid 2 days ago cycle day 9) and my dr said I should ovulate between days 11-14 15 so me and my SO bd and right after I got extreme cramps that turned into a sharp pain in my lower abdomen about where my ovarys are and shooting down my area the pain starts to fade alittle then comes right back and it has me in tears.. Should I be concerned? I was recently diagnosed with pcos
