I am so torn but I am really getting tired of the girls I work with.. I work for a small business, we have 4 offices but the office I work in has 3 girls in it total. I share an office with a girl who has been driving me crazy lately. It’s always some kind of drama with her, whether with her family, husband, job, or our other co worker. They have both not been getting along and it’s starting to really make me hate being at work. I don’t know exactly what I can do. Should I find a new job? Should I talk to my boss? I don’t want anyone to lose their job, but I don’t want to have to quit because of the drama I am caught up in.
