I was bullied from 5th grade up until 8th grade. I was bullied so bad I had to be pulled out of school. I couldn’t even attend the same church as them. I saw others get bullied as well. Come 9th grade I go back to school and people never bullied me again. I wasn’t all the sudden popular either. (Nobody had any idea where I went or why I left school, people thought I moved and then moved back.) There were times I was snubbed of course, it’s highschool. But I was never targeted just for existing.

So, in short I wasn’t bullied in highschool at all. I also never saw anyone else get bullied either. The popular “cliques” almost all highschools seem to have, they were nice to me. I would pass them in the hall and they would smile at me and I’d smile back and from what I could tell they were very nice to others as well.

I asked my sister her experience and she says there’s absolutely bullies at her school, they don’t bully her but she sees them bully others and they are vicious. She goes to the same HS I went to. I remember walking in the hallway and thinking that maybe my class grew out of bullying, and maybe now I’m thinking it was just my class.
