Discharge

So I was sick for about a week and I had to take some antibiotics for a few days. Problem is I’ve been having a lot of non-stop pink/red/brown discharge that seems to be unrelated to my cycle. I know antibiotics can cause discharge but I thought it only caused more regular discharge. Anyone have any advice?
