This is a little tmi

I’m 25w pregnant. I use vaginal progesterone. The inside of my vagina has been swollen for about a week now. I started the meds 5/6 days ago. The past 3/4 days it’s hurt to put them up. Last night it caused me pain until I went to bed. Now I can barely fit my finger inside and when I can, there’s a really swollen tender piece. What should I do? I called my OB office earlier and a nurse never called me back. I don’t know if it’s serious enough for me to go to an emergency room. I had a clean catch urine sample collected on Friday and it came back negative for a UTI. I’m in a lot of pain and can’t even put my progesterone in tonight!
