Im considering getting on it since I’m still breastfeeding and the IUD is too painful for me plus i can’t deal with knowing there’s a foreign object in me 24/7. Thanks!

I’m on it. You have to be really careful about the timing. I think it’s a 15 min. Window or so on each side for effectiveness. It’s honestly fine. It’s continuous. I’ve never had breakthrough bleeding (although that is common). I occasionally have cramping, but not often and less than with my period (could be unrelated).
