After months of non-ending check ups and tests my doctor told me that I have POF (premature ovarian failure) and it's mostly genetic and there's nothing I can do really...

I'm 26 and not sure how to tell my husband... I feel completely numb

How can I tell him the news? He wanted kids for a long time...
