I would love your help

I haven’t had a period in over 2 years and have been working with my doctor to determine what’s wrong. I bled for 3 hours July 26th and then nothing. This morning I take this test and I swear there’s the ever so slightest of a line. What are your thoughts? Sorry, I’m having the worse time getting a good picture of it. Haha.
