Feeling pregnant ?!

Did any of you feelt something or a different senzation,when got pregnant ?  How many days after ?

5dpo sore nipples 
And alcohol just didn't sound good to me
And I love alcohol

Nipples were so tender that a shower hurt then. I remember realizing it a couple days before missed period.

Sore/sensitive nips and tired. That was it.

I felt a strange pull almost in my pelvic area while taking a shower. Got out and took a test just for the heck of it and it was a blazing positive. I had no clue prior to that one strange pull. Even after my BFP, nausea didn't hit for a couple of weeks.

Yep. Each time I just knew. I felt different.. Idk how to explain it.
