What the hell is wrong with people?!

My little boy is 10 months old I AM AWARE THAT IT IS 1 YEARS OLD FOR COWS MILK but I thought as a one off I would give him some chocolate milk and he loved it! what’s the problem...

He’s not had chocolate milk, but he’s sure had desserts and other sweet things. He’s been getting cows milk for a week or 2 now added into his bottles, 3-4oz total a day. HE IS FINE. Nothing magically happens when they turn a year old that says they can have cows milk. 
He’s had yogurt too. I’ve never heard that dairy was off limits entirely?? It just shouldn’t be the main nutrition.

It’s cows milk and FILLED with sugar, of course they loved it. I wouldn’t feed my child it. But you can do whatever you want, even if it’s not “what’s best” 🤷🏼‍♀️

A little cows milk is fine. It wouldn’t be fine if you were replacing feeds completely with cows milk but people do judge without knowing the whole story. I haven’t given my LO chocolate milk but he has cows milk regularly with cereal/porridge and I have given him a little fruit/veg smoothie made with cows milk a couple of times.

I tried chocolate milk too ! Sadly my girl hated it , really surprised me bc I love it ! So far she doesn't like sweet stuff much ,I struggle to get to eat fruit but she tears up her veggies . and as far as what is wrong with people , honestly opinions are like assholes everybody has 1 and with social media its just easier to share those opinions . people are naturally judgemental it seems , just got to take it with a grain of salt . shake it off and ignore rude comments .

I gave my daught milk at 4 months she has juices water down soda tea milk shakes she loves it all

We havent, but for totally different reasons. I have two kiddos with anaphylatic reactions to different foods, so I am not introducing any of the top allergens until after allergy testing. But i think the milk thing is more of a lactose intolerance and belly problems before one. But if your little has had it with no problems, then carry on momma.
