When to send wedding gift thank you cards?

We received our first registry gift! Our wedding is in November and we are unsure if we should send a thank you card now or wait until after the wedding and send everyone’s thank you’s at once? Thank you!

Write the thank you’d as they arrive for your own sake. When is your shower? I wrote mine within a week of the shower and mailed them in under 2 weeks. I wanted to be organized as I had many to write.
