Bad breakouts

So I am 8w pp today and I had my first depo shot on the 15th, I am breaking out very badly. I'm trying a new face wash now on day 3 so it hasn't had time to really kick in and help, but I need advice on what helps you all.

I have very oily skin and I get a lot of blackheads not a lot of zits but when I do they're huge and painful. What are y'all doing to keep your skin clear or to help control it?
