No morning sickness?

When does actual throwing up start? I'm 7 weeks and 3 days and I went from being nauseous every day for what seems like a week to having no symptoms. Anything to be concerned about?

My nausea has been coming and going, some days I am so nauseated and other days I am fine. Today at 7+4 I vomited for the first time.

My first pregnancy I was never nauseous or threw up.....some people are just lucky. This pregnancy I am so nauseous all the time but have only thrown up a handful of times.

I called my dr yesterday bto talk about a few pains I was having, no blood and goes away fast they told me as long as the cramping and pains didnt accompy bleeding then to enjoy what I am and not having to experience
