Weight gain calculator
I've seen a LOT of posts about appropriate weight gain, and had my own questions at my drs appt this am. I was 108 when I got pregnant, 5'5. I'm 22+5 today, and weigh 140lbs. That's a 32lb weight gain in almost 23wks. I asked my dr if that was ok and posed any health concerns with my pregnancy (I gained a total of 47lbs with my first, 106 as my pre preg weight)? She said it's all based on pre preg bmi rather than pre preg weight and told me about this site:
