Pregnant again after multiple losses

So I have had a chemical in April, a missed miscarriage in May and just found out I’m 4 weeks pregnant! I want to be excited, but trying not to get my hopes up. I’m really beginning to feel like a pro at getting pregnant, but not so much sustaining it. Anyone else going through this with multiple past losses and now preggo again? How did you deal?
