YES!!!!!! I really hate when people say no. First off the most fertile women are the ones who take daily vitamins. Second, prenatal vitamins help your eggs become stronger and prepares your body for pregnancy. My 2 planned pregnancy’s were by taking prenatal vitamins. I’m sorry if it doesn’t work for others but I do know many thats it’s worked for and we swear by it!

It took me a year and a half to get pregnant both times and I took prenatals the whole time. They prepare your body for when you do get pregnant, and help provide necessary vitamins when you are pregnant.

I took prenatals before both ttc attempts (both successful). Not saying I wouldn't have gotten pregnant without them, but it certainly doesn't help to optimize your body for conception. Also they may offer a certain placebo effect that contributes to staying relaxed about ttc.
