Recovering from surgery - tips?
Hi ladies,
Sunday night I had to get emergency surgery for ovarian torsion due to a massive cyst on my left ovary. Big ouch. I’m wondering if anyone else went through something similar, and how long the recovery is? What can I do to speed up recovery and help make myself more comfortable? I’m trying to wear my binder so everything can stay tucked in, but it just feels so weird to move around. 😣
