Landed myself back in the psyche

Well I landed myself back into the psyche ward. Lost my job. Lost my boyfriend. Got kicked out of the house. Now I’m facing MIP charges and can’t get my license for another 8-10 months because of it, plus probation. Life can’t get any worse. Like I’m sorry my head is so fucked up but what can I do to change it.
