Copper iud. Help?

Question

I had a copper iud fitted 3 weeks ago. Last night i went to the bathroom and noticed blood and i started having severe cramps following a fever.
I think my iud us moved as i can actually feel the strings and the bottom of the iud. This was the day before my ovulation and i had sex. Is there still a possibility of pregnancy? Has anyone had this before? Does the iud need to be removed or can i push it back in by myself?

Go to the doctor.  Don't try to fix that on your own

Go see a Dr it may have started coming out. When I I'd mine fitted they said it's rare but it is most likely to come out within first 28 days..

If you can feel the actual IUD then it has moved, you should be able to feel the strings but not the actual IUD itself. The second it moves out of place you are no longer protected from pregnancy, I just recently got pregnant while using Paragard because it moved out of place. Mine was chemical but that was just by luck. 
DO NOT try to adjust it yourself. Call your doctor and tell him/her you think it’s out of place, that you have cramps bleeding and can feel the body of the IUD. Don’t try to move it

Go to the doctor it needs to be removed. You can get another one since the copper iud acts as emergency contraception. The sooner the better! Yes you can get pregnant when it is out of place.
