Implantation bleeding?

Am i pregnant? Or this something different because i also got medication for a yeast infection. I had unprotected sex 3 days before my period came in early August. My period came but now i am having so called spotting and cramping. Would this be considered spotting? This lasted 2 days but still on 3rd day of cramping. Please help! Ive been looking all over the web and finally found a place that can help me decipher with pics, I know it's graphic but i have no one else to show
