While there’s always a chance you could fall pregnant anytime you have sex, the chances are slim when you double up on birth control. Both the combo pill and condoms are very effective at preventing pregnancy when used perfectly (99.7% and 98% effective respectively). However obviously humans are not perfect, so their real life usage effectiveness are quoted at 91% and 85%. However if using both you hopefully cover up any deficiency one method may have with the other; their relative deficiencies in real life usage are .09 & .15, so therefore your combined risk is approximately .01, or 1%

Whenever you have sex, there is always a chance of pregnancy, even if you take birth control, use condoms and use the pull out method. 
But chance is just that, chance. There’s a chance that when you step out your front door, you could be in an accident. There’s a chance that you could be struck by lightning. You minimise your risks by taking precautions- e.g. taking car whilst driving, being vigilant as a pedestrian, not going outside in a thunderstorm. 
You’re taking extra precautions by using two forms of contraception, so you have minimised your risk of pregnancy greatly. If you’re taking the pill perfectly and the condom never breaks, your risk of pregnancy is less than 0.01%. 
If it puts your mind at rest, take OPKs and check your CM to see when you’re ovulating, and avoid sex at these times. 
I’d say you’re pretty safe. Just take care with your contraception!
