Long cycles. Is there any hope?

I've been trying since December. I started using this app in April. Done temps, opks, prenatals, geritol, had hubby take some vitamins. I went off coffee, and he went off alcohol. We quit taking as hot of showers. I don't know what to due anymore. AF showed up today. The next thing I'm gonna try is preseed. What do I do? :(

I started taking chaste tree berry (Vitex) and my period has become a lot shorter. I also had very long cycles. My used to be between 38-42 days but with this my hormones have started to balance out and now mine are between 25-30 days. I have only been taking it a few months but that's my experience so far.

I have a long cycle as well. From 50 to 56 days. I got pregnant with this long cycle. If you have done everything to a t and still having trouble, go see a dr. They will be able to help you conceive.
