Effaced/ Dilatation
At my appointment last week I hadn’t made any progress with my cervix thinning or becoming dilated. Today I had a doctors appointment and he informed me that I was 70% effaced, zero dilatation. Maybe the dates I’ve been eating are helping? 😂 doctor disagrees lol. I’ve also been bouncing on my yoga ball so there’s that.
