Very early miscarriage by 5 weeks.

I had a slight positive test before but the rest where negative, went to the doctor & I told him my symptoms & he did ultrasound and other tests and said that I had a chemical pregnancy which is when a sperm reaches the egg and begins the 1st stages of transforming while traveling down the tube into the uterus but when it tried to implant it was unsuccessful so it was an early miscarriage.
