What are your best money saving tips?

What are your best money saving tips? We have some unexpected medical expenses so I'm looking for more ways to save money. I plan to sell a few thing we no longer use/need/want but looking for other ideas as well.

We cut our grocery budget, sold unwanted items, cut unnecessary expenses like tv, Wi-Fi, eating out. I also cut out using our dryer, i hang laundry instead and that saved me $50/m alone.

I plan my meals for each night of the week so when I go grocery shopping I only buy what is needed for that week and no extras. Biggest thing is to buy the non name brand food items, for example I can get a can of corn for 49c vs. The name brand at 98c. It adds up. (I get some things just dont taste the same so by all means if it tastes weird buy the name brand.)
Dont eat out
Put heat or ac a little higher/lower to save $
Dont drive anywhere unless neccessary 
Short showers, dont use dishwasher, dont use clothes dryer.

I decide our meals for the week on Sunday so I don’t buy things we don’t need at the grocery store and things don’t get wasted.
