Trying to concieve


I’ve been trying to conceive non officially for for 2 years and have been really trying for the last 2 months with help from fertility doctor. Finished my first cycle of Letrozole and about to start my second. I’m rather obease but completely healthy other than thyroid antibodies which I’m on medication for. I’m 5-5, 270 pounds and I’m trying to be healthier and eat better and lose weight but I have a bad past of eating disorders and I’m basically having a horrid time. Anyone have any exercises for someone trying to concieve? I want to lose like 30 pounds and my usual workout is weight lifting which I hear is bad for trying to have a baby. Idk any advice is welcomed’
