Weird bumps on my thighs?

I’ve had these weird bumps on my thighs and upper arms for years now and no doctors can explain it. Does anyone else have this? Or am I just weird 😅😅😅

Keratosis pilaris . You need to exfoliate the area everyday and then use a good lotion. Should clear up . But you’ll have to keep up or it just comes back

Use the neutrogena body scrub with salicylic acid and cereve SA lotion for bumpy rough skin. Should help. I've also heard dry brushing helps.

It's keratosis pilaris. I have it on my upper arms. Treatable but not curable. A lotion called Amlactin helps if you apply every night and morning.

My husband and son have this . My husband says heat rash but idk

My son and I have this too. His bumps are on his upper arms and back. You can't see them, only feel them. Mine are on my legs like yours are, upper arms and by my ear / chin area. I asked my son's doctor when he was little when I noticed them and they said it would go away. 9 years later and it hasn't. It doesn't bother either of us so I just took their word and left it alone.
