I m 34F, regular cycles, no medical issues

First month TTC and since 1 DPO i had mild twinges in my lower pelvis just above groin. Mostly on Rt, sometimes left. Very vey mild but I felt it intermittently and had to stop exercise. My colleagues noticed me seating hunched forward. Did not need to take my meds.

6-8 DPO i have had more prominent twinges. Like something is poking me from inside. Again more on Rt side. Sometimes left two. I bit more intensity that made me modify my exercise and i walked walked slow speed instead. I was feeling the twinges on and off and frequently needed to change my posture.

9-10 dpo i had pure uti symptoms. I had more prominent dull throbbing aches in my pelvis both sides, very subtle cramps, then 2 evenings in a row i was hit by very sensitive bladder, needing to pee constantly every 15mins and constantly felt like peeing. Then I had mid low back pain, also twinges and a dull ache in my loins, more to left. I went to doc. Did blood urine test and presumptively started antibiotic assuming UTI. He thought i had kidney infection. They took my samples before starting medicine though. No fevers, instead BBT dropped.

I woke up sweating last 2 mornings before taking BBT.

The symptoms more of less continued last night. Enough to made me take panadol, i could not sleep last night in same position until the panadol kicked in. From 8 to 11pm i peed like 6 times. No burning or smell. Clear looking urine all the time.

I saw doc this morning. All my tests have no signs of infection. Urine is Crystal clear so it cant be UTI. He asked me to stop the antibiotic as its not indicated.

He did a bedside US and said my kidneys look clear no stone.

I never get any cramps in my PMS or during my AF. My PMS symptoms are bloating and breast fullness which I already got. Plus the drops in BBT i think AF IS COMING and I am certain i wont get BFP this cycle/

side of my pelvis in the front since morning but very mild. Today i am 11 DPO (could be 10 too).

HPT was negative on 8 and 9 dpo so i am not keen on testing anymore.

I really dont get it why i am having these wired kidney Inf/ UTI/ cyst like pelvic cramps and ultrasound did not pick up anything!! i never has anything like this before. I think my body is falling apart
