I just want to be pregnant already

3.5 weeks since my DC & 4 weeks since I found out I miscarriage at 11 weeks I have no period... but I had a random break out on my face on my chin which happened with all 3 of my pregnancy’s I tasted and of course negative :( no my period isn’t back! But iv feel feeling a little nauseous to! I dunno just wishful thinking I guess but I can’t help but test or use ovulation tests etc
