Are you experiencing lower back / pelvis pressure/stretching aches?

What are you treating this with? Today is day 2 of on and off aching and my back is hurting so bad esp on the right

Pelvic pressure is the worst for me. I had trouble before I got pregnant and was scheduled to have a hysterectomy when I found out I was pregnant with twins!!! I’ve had 5 babies, so my doctor says everything is just stretched and not up high like it used to be. I try to sit down and not pick up my toddler a lot when standing because standing too much and picking him up seem to make it worse.

I always end up with SI pain when pregnant. It just started up last week. I’m trying to see how long I can go without starting my trips to the chiropractor though. They’ll only cover a certain number of visits under insurance before I have to pay out of pocket for the remainder of visits. I know I’ll eventually have to start those visits again to feel better!
