Trying for a baby

I’m having the worse cramps of my entire life! Last week was my ovulation so my SO and I BD a lot the past week & im have horrible mind blowing cramps, not to be dramatic, but they’re worse than my first born labor & ive never had cramps before my first pregnancy. What is happening???
