Has anyone tried castor oil packs for fertility?

I’ve been watching videos on castor oil packs to improve fertility and promote circulation to the reproductive system. Has anyone tried it?

I did the packs and myan abdominal massage. My periods were getting super short and light and freaking me out. They went back to normal after a month and we got pregnant that same cycle 🤷‍♀️ could have been placebo effect??
