Ovulation Cramps?

Do any of you get cramps with ovulation? I’m at my peak day according to Glow and I have been getting some serious cramping in my right side lower abdomen and lower back. Is this because of ovulation? I took an OPK yesterday and it was negative. Should I test again today for an LH surge?

Yes I’ve been going through this now...it’s really low not intense like cramps but i do feel it

Yes! There is actually a technical term for it - mittelschmerz! I had a positive opk for a full 24 hrs and then i felt a small pop and then the cramps/burning started on my right side! So definitely a thing and definitely test.

I have also been feeling the same. I feel like I am in my head so much about getting pregnant I don’t know what’s real anymore
