I'm 19 weeks today and last night out of nowhere I had a back ache that felt strained. And then when I used the restroom (twice both times) I saw a good amount of mucus plug on the toilet paper. Anyone had the same experience and turned out ok? It's hard to get an appt at my on since it's always booked and labor and delivery wont see me until I reach 20 weeks.. Idk if going to the ER is necessary. I'll call my office though to try and see what I can do but in the meantime. Experiences or advice would be greatly appreciated
