PCOS and DESOGESTREL 75mg any reviews?

Question

My doc has put me on these pills to stop my cramps and bleeding im getting from PCOS, but before buying them today ive read the common side effects and they include all the symptoms I already have and more?
Also doc said they shouldnt cause any gain weight but its mentioned as a side effect?
Any help is appreciated.

It’s a progestin only pill so maybe she thinks your side effects won’t be so intense? That’s what my doc said when I started this one. But also with the pill, you could see an appetite increase but if you watch what you’re eating (and not give into cravings) you *shouldn’t* gain weight but everyone’s different
