Any help for sciatic nerve pain?

So I’m 21 and I’ve had this on going for about 3-4 years now the first time I felt it I cried to my mom and she rushed me to emerge because both of my legs were numb but when I tried to walk it was shooting pain to what I referred to as “my hips”. The pain has gotten worse from the first time I felt it and now it’s at a point where I can’t really bare weight on the affected side. I’ve done physio 3 times and I’m currently seeing a chiropractor all of which may help for a bit but usually make it worse.
I start college next week and after this year I want to go on to become an rn but how can I care and help people when every two weeks I can barley walk. It’s getting bad and it makes me feel stupid sometimes, I’m 21 I’m supposed to be active not barley able to walk. Last night I had to pee so bad and I had to get out of bed and walk there an I actually pissed myself because of the pain and trying to walk fast happened twice last night and I’m so over this. Is there anything else I can do?

Yoga did absolute wonders for me. Also pilates and works outs the focus on your butt, it hurts a bit but the good kind.

Foam roll the muscles of  Your back and legs and see if it will loosen up a little bit. that helps me.

There are surgical options available to treat sciatic nerve pain, as well. If physical therapy and a chiropractor aren't working, then look for a doctor who will take your pain seriously and find better solutions for you. Your pain isn't normal, and you should not have to live your life this way.
