My friend ex fiance of years ago is still using my friend 2 child that "IS NOT HIS, to gain extra benefit in the National Guard. She reported their birth certificate/ss stolen/lost a while ago when her wallet were stolen.

(She asked if he can get their document since you can only get your birth certificate where you were born because he was on that island. Of course he didn't)

She told me she asked him several time if he still had the kids information on his file for the military. (Almost where ever he is station, it 3 bedroom.) It was always a no until I got involve. Remember, I stated he is her ex fiancee from the past. While he was joining the National Guard, the recruit asked if he had any dependent. Which he stated yes and handed their paper work. After the engagement were called off she asked to take them off immediately but it seem he didn't.

My husband is in the army so my question are from him.

1) I asked him for his LES. His answer "I'll need my id for that and I don't take what the military give me."

I have never seen the military give printed LES until you print it yourself. Everything is digital. Right?

2)I asked for bank statement. His response....a screenshot of his saving account showing it empty. The reason I ask is because it would of show a change or a certain amount every 2 week with dependent being high than without dependent. He never show the credit or debit account.

3)He is living off post in a 3 bedroom instead of on base. I asked why.

His response, he don't want to show his Id every time he enter base. Which had me thinking about what he stated about need his id for the LES like he didn't had one(so how the hell you get work smh.)

4) I send a screenshot of dept of veteran affair fraud number. His response....why you acting so? You trying to get me in trouble?

Why would you be in trouble if you ain't using the kids ss.

5)He keep eagerly asking her and the kids to come. Her response no. She work as a CNA nurse, she don't want any relationship with him. Just want their name off since its for his own use and not the kids

6)She send him screenshot of his 3 bedroom house. He response, my name ain't on the lease. (The ass of an response smh)

Here is my question to you, can you get in trouble for using someone ss that is not your kid for military benefit?

Can you report fraud because the ss status is make stolen/lost?

While their were dating she was taking care of her own kids not him. He only receive the paperwork because their were getting married after 3 year of dating. His name is also not on their birth certificate. He throw that several time in the chat room smh. No, I dont know who the father are or think I should ask that. My question is only about fraud.
