Saw baby yesterday! 23w-2d

So yesterday I went in for our sons echo and got to see him. He's doing great! Measuring a bit small at only the 16% but I have small babies so not overly concerned. His weight was 1lb 1oz. I was also told during the ultrasound that I was having a lot of contractions so they sent me for an NST where it was confirmed. I am already on progesterone shots, lovenox injections, and now vaginal progesterone. They told me to expect to deliver between 34-37 weeks. So now I'm on high gear trying to get everything ready for a possible Thanksgiving baby or a baby born on my birthday lol! Husband is due to return from deployment around my 34 week mark so hopefully baby stays in.

I have had two preemies so if I can make it to even 35 weeks I will be ecstatic. Also they found a small tear in my placenta yesterday so I will have weekly ultrasounds to monitor that.
