After ttc for a year and a half (i know many of you have been trying for longer and my prayers are with you) and 1 early miscarriage, we were told to go to a fertility specialist. This crushed me because i couldnt believe that it got to this point. We just got our SA results back and my husbands sperm count is a little higher than average but they were hoping for at least 50% motility and his is 38% which is concerning. They were also hoping for his morphology (shape of the sperm) to be at least a 4% and he scored 1%. He has been taking fertilaid vitamins for a couple of months now before we even saw the specialist which may be the reason his count is high. We both also started taking 200mg COq10 for about 2 weeks now which i know is too soon to show on the SA. I looked into how to increase morphology and vitamin C seems to be the way to go so I will be ordering those today as well as having him eat and drink more vitamin C. Have any of you had issues with the semen analysis and been able to fix it? We are willing to try anything and im afraid the doctor will tell us that <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">iui</a> or <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">ivf</a> is our only option especially considering the fact that I only have one fallopian tube.
