Which milk are you guys using now?

My ped said there isn't really a need for milk since I'm still bf three times a day. And once I drop to two feedings she said I'd just need to give her cheese or yogurt not necessarily milk. Other than nursing my LO just drinks water.

Formula and almond milk. Both my kids love almond milk. Easy transition 😊

He’s been on strictly whole milk since 10.5 months , he refused formula anymore lol.

I don’t see formula up there, but we are still doing mostly formula. We just started the transition to whole milk a few weeks ago, cause she had a terrible stomach virus that lasted 3 weeks🥺So I didn’t want to switch on her too quickly there. We’re doing a super slow transition too(for her tummy), but we did try the pea milk(Ripple), and she hated the taste😂And didn’t have a great reaction to it. Plus since she’s tiny(17.5 lbs), the doctor wants her to have whole milk for the fat content.
