How to cope?

How do you guys deal with the distance? How do you keep things interesting between you and your SO.

My lovely boyfriend and I are doing wonderfully, I'd just like to hear how other successful LDRs work :)

It's tough but definitely doable! Number one things are communication and empathy. Try to let your SO what's going on in your life but also give them their space. Treat them the way you'd want to be treated. You may argue more but sometimes it's helpful to take a step out of the situation and think about why you are both reacting the way you are. You'd be surprised to find out how much that helps

I'm a huge tease, so I love to sexually tease him. Or just tell him random stories, or sometimes even watch the same movies and text about it. It's not ideal but it's worth it❤️

Even if we don't have our next visit planned we talk about things we want to do together when the time comes so it gives us something to look forward to instead of feeling like it's just dragging on with no end in sight :/ We send each other things in the mail occasionally. One time I was having a bad week and he surprised me with some cookies he made in the mail 😊 And we try to talk on the phone or Skype frequently to stay up to date with each other's lives. It's hard but definitely worth it in the long run! Good luck to you guys :)
