Doc couldnt find baby....?

Question

I went in today for my supposed 8 week prenatal.  Doctor did a transvaginal ultrasound sound, but we weren't able to find the baby.  They are sending me in to an ultrasound tech tomorrow for a second opinion.    Told me I might be earlier then I think I am...... I got four positive pregnancy tests at home.  So I'm hoping for some good news tomorrow.... Anyone else experience this!????......

That happened to me I went in at around 8 weeks (well I thought I was 8 weeks lol) was told to return in a week to have a second scan and there was baby with a good heart beat. Midwives tend to give or take 2 weeks so my guess is your earlier than u think.

This happened to me. I was supposed to be 9 weeks and a few days, but there was no baby seen no ‘fetal pole’ and was only measuring 5weeks 4 days. unfortunately I passed all tissue and sac the next day naturally and my hcg was still at 9400 when that happened. Now 4 days later it’s down to 56. Hopefully you just ovulated later than you think 🙏🏻🤞🏻 good luck
