Cause for concern?? 7 weeks today

Last night at bed I was having weird cramps, they were too painful but annoying and uncomfortable. They weren’t like the usual cramps I’d been having, these were more sharpish rather than the fluttery/pulling. They were only on one side as well ( my right side, down low). I had an early ultrasound and it’s not ectopic. Last night I was very bloated but noticed my boobs didn’t hurt as much as usual. And this morning, they’re again no where near as sore as they have been before. I’ve had no bleeding or spotting at all, but the cramps have me worried. I don’t go for another ultrasound for another week, and I’m beginning to stress. Any of this sound ‘normal’??
