I have a college interview tomorrow and I’m really freaking out. I know that it’s not going to be that bad but I get really bad social anxiety in situations like that because I feel unprepared. To be honest the part that I’m most anxious about is sitting in the waiting room with other people my age because I always feel like I’m being judged. When I’m waiting to be called in I don’t know what to do because I’ll become very fidgety. I don’t know how to calm down. HELP
