Sambia tribe oral passage of manhood: Do you think it should be stopped?
In Papua New Guinea the Sambia tribe, like in many other tribes of the world, have specific tests of defining "manhood". You've probably seen documentary or read about some tribes using pain inflicting methods, like taking razors to boys flesh, or just dangerous tasks in general like running over the backs of bulls. This particular tribe is so often left out of main stream. The Sambians think that semen is the very essence of manhood. So, they force boys ages anywhere from ages 6-10 to preform oral sex on the tribe warriors to get it from the tap. Then assumedly somewhere around 14, although that age seems to have changed back and forth over the years, the boys are finally retired from giving blow jobs...so that they can recieve them. The only thing that seems to make this activity stop is if the receiver is married.
We all must understand that cultures can differ greatly, it's said these people don't have "pedophile" in thier vocabulary, but this? I would send my son over bulls and tattoo them before hand my child over to some guy to suck his cock repeatedly. If possible, somehow, do you think someone sould be putting a stop to this? Comment question: how do you feel about "manhood" tests? Or what defines a man?
