We finally got pregnant after months of trying and using letrozole(femara) they figured I was about 6 weeks, started bleeding heavily on Sunday and my hcg levels had already dropped a lot since the day before. ☹. Besides the heartbreak how long did your body feel like absolute shit after? I'm still bleeding pretty heavily and passing giant clots (not exaggerating they are huge!) My cramps are horrendous. And I feel so nauseaous and have pretty intense headaches. I'm kind of gathering that part is coming from the insane change in hormones again...

I feel like it's never going to end and it is the most heartbreaking constant reminder that I lost our baby 😭
